Sugar Beauty aims to prioritise our clients overall experience, we shall always ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed within a friendly atmosphere. We shall ensure we are trained to a high level and use only the best products. We aim to be known for our exceptional dedication to our clients well being and customer satisfaction.
Punctuality and Courtesy
Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you do not attend or are more than 15 minutes late a charge may be applied.
Please note we hold a strict 24 hours cancellation policy, if this is not adhered to you may incur a charge of the total treatment price.

Purchase of Retail Products
All retail products must be paid in full at time of purchase or ordering.
Loyalty Reward Card
Loyalty cards cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your loyalty card must not be transferred to a third party. Your loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Loyalty cards remain the property of Sugar Beauty. We reserve the right to without notice 1- Terminate the scheme 2. Decline to issue loyalty cards 3. Withdraw or cancel the loyalty card 4. Alter or amend the terms & conditions of the Sugar Beauty loyalty card.
Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only Tuesday to Saturday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher must be handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are under no obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against aesthetic treatments.
We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation.
We accept cash or card payment upon completion of your treatment.
A Skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to treatment for certain services. This must also be carried out every 6 months if you haven't attended the salon within that time.
Data Protection Policy
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures and bookings will be stored in line with GDPR guidelines. We may on occasion send you details of special promotions, if you would rather not receive marketing style messages please let us know at the first instance.
We ask that you disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable, you can give any relevant information on your consultation form.
Mobile phones and Personal Items
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, we ask that you please refrain from talking loudly on your phone and ensure it is on silent for the full duration of your time at the salon wherever possible. We ask that you bring minimal personal items with you to the salon.
We will always strive to achieve the best results for you during all of our treatments however results may vary per client. Aftercare must always be followed to maintain treatment results. Nail repairs will be fixed within a 48 hour time frame, anything after this will be chargeable.
Please note we are unable to allow children under the age of 12 in the salon during treatments.
Salon hygiene is of the utmost importance therefore we ask all clients to wash and sanitise their hands upon arrival, all of our tools and work areas are cleaned and disinfected between treatments. We change our towels and linens between treatment and they are laundered according to HSE guidelines.
